Discouraged, calling for a leak, an appointment was made and a visit given where I was asking if the entire roof needed replacing. I was informed that the roof still has years to go before such is needed.

When I next need a new roof, I’m going to return to this company for an estimate because of this interaction.

Our 19-year-old roof was showing its age. A lot of square footage. In anticipation of getting solar, I decided to replace the whole thing, with a tear-off. From initial bid to closing cleanup, my experience with these folks was excellent. Jordon Lovett answered my questions before and during right away, by phone. The roofing experience took 5 days, and I’m so pleased with the results. What a hard-working crew.

I found Lovett and Lovett Roofing by a search on Yelp and I am very pleased that I chose to trust other satisfied customer’s  comments.  Jordan came out very soon after I called and he accurately assessed where my leak was coming from.  He made every effort to get a crew on the job before the next rainstorm hit. I got to test the repair 24 hours later when a deluge hit Berkeley-yet no water leaked in. I highly recommend them.

Jordon Lovett responded quickly to my call about a leak on our roof. His workers took care of sealing vents on the roof and recommended adding screens to the gutters, which will save us money and labor going forward. The guys were polite and very helpful. I highly recommend Lovett & Lovett.

Lovett and Lovett came highly recommended to me from a handyman who had his roof done as well as his parent’s roof done by them. Customer service was excellent. When I called for an estimate, Jordan came out that day. He was friendly and knowledgable. He gave me a clear description of what I needed, and an excellent price. They came out to do the work less than one week later. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship is excellent. They also repaired a piece of gutter that needed fixing, and even caulked some minor cracks in the stucco (not caused by them). I would highly recommend Lovett and Lovett Roofing to anyone who needs roof repair or a new roof.

A few years back, Lovett and Lovett did a repair on a severe leak that other roofing crews tried to fix and failed.  Based on the success of that repair, we knew who to call when we needed a whole new roof, and we were not disappointed.  The crew was fast, neat, and the price was so reasonable.  We would highly recommend them for any roofing job!

Jordan was able to come out right away and he gave us the best price compared to other bids.  His crew was polite and like an efficiency machine. (there is nothing like ongoing, endless pounding on your roof -they were in and out when they said they would be!)  They were able to do the project earlier than planned and were done & cleaned up much sooner than I imagined. There was no sign that a massive roof replacement was done, other than a great looking new roof!  Jordan gave great advise on material and color for the roof also.  I would highly recommend this crew!

Jordan and his crew did a great job on a new roof for our house!  We had never had to install a whole new roofing system before despite 30 years of owning various homes… I guess we always hit it just right in the roofing life cycle.  We were dreading the experience but Jordan and his father made the experience easy and drama free.  We liked that it has been a family business in operation for so long.  They were totally reliable and helpful and their estimate was right in the middle of others we received.  They correctly guessed that we had two layers of old roofing to remove and factored that into the bid so that there were no surprises.  They also installed a new skylight and James McWhorter did a wonderful job with the light carpentry involved.  We appreciated every aspect of their service and would highly recommend!
