I ended up having my roof replaced almost a year ago.  The bid from Lovett & Lovett was very competitive.  I chose a shingle material that was Energy Star rated and it didn’t cost any more and Jordan agreed to install “eyebrow” vents without additional cost which was fantastic.  The crew was fast, considerate, and even cleaned and sealed my gutters while they were up there.  This past summer I noticed a big difference on the hottest days my home stayed cooler.  And even more importantly, in the recent heavy rains, my roof and gutters are performing great.  So yeah, I’m happy.
